So I finished dealing with contrast issues I had before. It reads a little better now I think. I also tweaked the appearance of the background mountains a little as well so they look more like mountains and less like low-flying clouds. I'm pretty happy with the turnout. I don't actually know how long this piece took to tell you the truth because I worked on it spaced over such a large period of time with small pockets of working on it.
well however long it took, it looks sweet. question: did you mean to make the left wing sort of invisible against the mountain, like he's blending into the storm? because that would be really cool.
ReplyDeleteI did indeed intend that. I wanted it to look like the wyvern had maybe materialized out of the clouds and was maybe phasing in and out of existence.
ReplyDeleteEpic win. I really like how you did the men on the mountain and their shadows.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the mountain maybe lacks a bit of consistency? But that's just my unworthy noob opinion lol.
Not at all a "noob" opinion. I can agree with that. Thank you for the feedback.
